Develop a project charter(sample is attached to the assignment) for a healthcare project you are involved with or have an interest in at work. If you do not work in healthcare, alternatively you can complete the attached project charter for a patient portal implementation for a clinic at VVH. The purpose and justification for this project is as follows: Consumer driven health care has increased in Bakersville and many patients want a greater level of participation in their healthcare. In addition, because many patients now have either high deductible policies or Health Savings Accounts, they are very interested in the costs of various healthcare services. This project will allow patients to access data from their own medical records, gain insights into any chronic disease they may have, understand prevention and self-care and be able to access the costs/charges for services in the clinic and throughout the VVH system
