1. Stakeholders, Requirements, and Performance Measures - Identify the specific stakeholders for each of the six categories, including customers, workforce, suppliers and partners, the workforce, society, and the natural environment. For each stakeholder group identify the key requirements and the key performance measures (quantitative metrics) used to determine how well the organization is meeting those requirements.

2. Stakeholder System - Develop a diagram that identifies the inter-relationships (connections) between the stakeholders. How does one stakeholder group influence another stakeholder group? For example, how does the workforce influence the Customers?

3. Leverage Points and Recommendations - Analyze the stakeholder system and identify the key leverage points and associated opportunities for improvement. Make recommendations for improvement. Support your description, discussion, and critical analysis with credible management literature and research references.
