Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for that project with four to five (4-5) high level tasks and an average of four to five (4-5) sub-tasks for each high-level task.
You must have a minimum of 20 tasks. Note: It is not necessary to have an equal number of sub-tasks for each high-level task, but you are required to have a minimum of 20 tasks in total.
Download and save the WBS Template. The template has two tabs - one for the Graphical WBS and one for the WBS Dictionary. Note: You may use a design of your own choosing, but it must contain both the Graphical WBS and the WBS Dictionary.
On the Graphical WBS tab, enter the identified high level tasks and sub-tasks. Be sure to include:
Task Name
WBS Code
On the WBS Dictionary tab, based on your identified tasks, create your WBS Dictionary. Be sure to include:
Level
WBS Code
Task Name
