TASK An organization may initiate projects for several reasons, but the most important reason is to support business objectives. Providing a good return on investment at a reasonable level of risk is also important, especially in tough economic times. As a project manager, you will adopt the five project management process groups, including the pre- project initiation tasks of identifying stakeholders and developing business case. You have been assigned to organize a Data Science Webinar. Prepare the followings: Your tasks: 1. Prepare a project proposal. You may use Appendix A: Project Proposal as a guide. 2. Develop a Stakeholder Register. 3. Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for the project. Be sure the WBS is based on the project charter, the project scope statement created in Task 1 above, and other relevant information. 4. Use the WBS you developed in Task 4 above to begin creating a Gantt chart in MS Project for the project. Estimate the task durations and enter dependencies, as appropriate. Print the Gantt chart and network diagram. 5. Develop cost estimates 6. Create a flyer for the event. Refer to Appendix B: Sample Flyer as a guide.
