Develop the Project Charter and the WBS for a project about creating an interactive website for a Photographer company that has 35 employees.

1. List the major headings of the project charter then fill in the details. For example, The project name, start and end dates, budget, scope. What else is needed in the project charter.

2. To create the WBS think about the main goal of the project. This will be the main header. Create the other tasks that go below it. Search the web for ideas on what is involved in creating an interactive website. Also search for photographers websites to have more ideas. List all those websites in your assignment. List at least 2 levels below the main goal of the WBS.

3. Create a graphical chart of the WBS.
