Developing a flowchart which visually represents activities and relationships among the activities. Has anyone been involved in any type of storyboarding? At my workplace, we have called it lean manufacturing and we have events where we map out all of the processes to look for waste. We even had one in our Accounting department to go over our monthly closing process and we identified some ways in which we could speed it up.
