The program should then calculate and output a subtotal for their order, the amount of taxes, and grand total based on the following prices:

Program 3: Income Tax
This program should prompt the user to enter in their salary. The program will then determine the amount of income tax that they owe. The income tax amount should be determined using data from the Government of Canada tax brackets and rates.
You can assume the income the user entered will have a value between $165,430 (inclusive) up to $235,675 (inclusive) .
