Directions: While you are in this class, you are expected to write a reflection that clearly demonstrates you have thought about the debates you saw in class. Before you begin to write, ask yourself a series of questions, such as: how do I feel about my experience of today? How does it affect me? If the concepts we discussed did not affect you, why not? How does this experience relate to your life or your program of study? Does your experience lend itself to a comparison and what you have learned in this class? How does it impact your views of the world? How has it changed your beliefs or ways of thinking? Notice that the questions are all personal. That is because this assignment requires you to express your own insights. Do not limit yourself to these questions. Explore different ways to state your opinion. In other words, a Reflection is designed to show your knowledge and, more importantly, your awareness of how you constructed that knowledge. More than anything else, this is an assignment that will show what you have learned about critical thinking, therefore it demonstrates depth of thought and not the breadth of your experience
