In this week's discussion, we are tasked with learning topics that have been quite controversial in the field of real property. As a person that lives in a condominium, it has come to my attention that the homeowner association tends to put so much of the power on the property owner versus their capacity to tend to mundane issues then and there. Regulations in many of these buildings have been set in place to create a safe environment for their inhabitance. In addition to the above-stated information, we must note that once you purchase your property within an HOA better known as The Homeowner Association you must automatically adhere to their jurisdiction and pay certain pay dues, which in my experience has created many arguments due to their inflated prices, which are known as HOA fees. Some associations can be very restrictive about what members can do with their properties while others may give residents more freedom. Like stated in the begging many of these associates have this set of rules to create a safe and accommodating environment for those that rent.
