SMART+C Project Goal:

I have created a dedicated admission team to complete 90% of pediatric admissions from ER within 90 minutes from Decision to Admit (DTA) by November 2023 to improve pediatric patient safety and experiences. The motivated staff and inclusive EMR will enable admission teams to work together in a collaborative care model throughout the hospital to complete all admissions eventually.
