I would place a high priority on lifelong learning and growth, keeping up with the newest innovations and trends in my industry, in order to meet these needs. Furthermore, practicing and improving my communication abilities as well as looking for chances to work with varied teams would be crucial to achieving the expectations of employers.

I would revise my resume to include more concrete instances of my technical proficiency, adaptability, and communication skills after reading this case. For example, I would include any pertinent certifications, coursework, or projects that show my ability to use Tableau, Microsoft BI$,$ or other data visualization software that was mentioned in the case. I would also highlight any examples where I worked with cross$-$functional teams to integrate technology into business processes or where I successfully adjusted to technological developments. I would also highlight any experiences where I showed a desire to learn and develop professionally, such going to coding camps or taking part in training courses to improve my abilities. Ultimately, I would like to show myself as a qualified applicant with a broad range of abilities and attributes that employers are seeking.

Question #$1$

A prospective employee to many employers would be someone who is able to adapt and learn, has good teamwork skills, and is tech savvy. Being able to adhere to new surroundings quickly and taking advise from those around you can help you learn material faster and show your employer that you are able to handle pressure well. Along with this, having a good relationship and trust with your coworkers is important to adapting well into a new environment and efficiently getting work done without a hassle. Due to the world$$s reliance on technology, it is almost a fundamental skill to be tech smart within any profession. In order to fulfil these skills for future employers, I would be open to any advice that anyone in my life gives me$,$ learning from mistakes and taking that into consideration for the future. I will also continue to stay informed and up to date on technology, especially if it pertains to my career. Along with this, I would continue to trust my coworkers and communicate with them to foster a healthy work relationship when it comes to task, we need to complete.

In my resume, I plan to change my focus from duties to skills by showcasing my past skills that I have done rather than just describing the jobs. This includes certifications I have and experience in programs that I have completed. I will also integrate more projects I have participated in my job, showcasing the variety of task I have done while focusing on my degree in Information Systems. I have also done many different training developments, which can help show that I am developing myself upwards with material that can benefit me in the future. I believe my resume has the right material but could be formatted incorrectly so I will change the overall format of wording and appearance to make it more appealing to recruiters. By providing key words and proper skills, my resume will have an advantage when applying to a job and potentially pass the ATS program process.
