Needed it for my University of Arkansas at Little Rock class and found it pretty easy to use, the concepts click a bit quicker than expected. Grabbed a discounted copy which made this way more affordable. Still haven’t gone through it all but what I’ve seen so far makes homework less painful.

The book covers a lot of important topics but doesn't dive as deeply into some areas as I had hoped. It’s still a useful resource, but there are places where it feels overly concise. It arrived in good condition, albeit a bit later than expected.

This book provides a decent balance between theoretical frameworks and practical applications in operations management. It’s been beneficial for my studies, though I found a few chapters a bit too dense. Still, it’s a solid resource overall. Also, got an extra discount with my student membership. Delivery was prompt, which is always a plus!
