Our focus has been on how Managers view employees and most of you feel that if they view them as an expense it can lead to poor decision-making and poor treatment of the employee.

However, what about the employee's view? What about those employees that view the organization as just a way to earn a paycheck? The employee that will leave the organization after being trained, etc. to take a job somewhere else for $10 an hour more, etc.?
