Do you agree or disagree? Explain
When you start a project, or set out to find a solution to a problem, identifying and analyzing the stakeholders is a very important step in the research process. I don't believe that there are any cons in a stakeholder analysis, but there may be stakeholders that can block progress of a project.
A stakeholder is any person that has an intrinsic interest in a project or activity related to business and vice versa and most crucially, they have the ability to influence the results of the project or business Motion Some stakeholders may have a low impact on a project or a high impact on a project. A stakeholder analysis's goal is to list the important parties and their requirements at the outset of the project. Understanding each stakeholder's wants and expectations in detail is crucial, particularly when they can conflict with one another or with the essential goals of the project Hoory If the step of the stakeholder analysis is eliminated, you may miss crucial information that could mean the success or the failure of the project.
For example, if you are venturing on a new construction project, it is important to find out all parties that will be affected by the construction, and at what level. Which stakeholders are investing and providing tools to the outcome of the project.
