As the content manager, Firstly I would communicate with the client/customer and understand their requirements. Then I would connect with IT Team, help them understand their needs and plan how we can fulfill their need. Afterward I would like to take feedback from them and work on them as well.

To improve my services, I would like to stay up to date with latest technology and softwares and try to automate most of the process with best UI design for website or application. As an example of this query forum or AI chat-bot is applicable to achieve this. With this applied most Common queries from customers will be solved without spending companies resources and it will help my team focus on more complex problems. Additionally, I would like to focus on providing other functionalities, like latest security updates, performance monitoring and give information about latest feature that has been implemented by cloud service partners.
