"Do you agree? "

"The most common reason discrimination happens in the workplace is the lack of diversity training. Diversity trainingprovides employees and work groups the opportunity to learn about diversity. This helps employees who truly have personal biases face these issues head on. Also, I feel that when theEEOC law was written it was flawed. The law only addressed discrimination against job applicants, But not in regards to discrimination within the workplace.

The EEOC law provides consequences in regards to discrimination against applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. I feel the consequences of violating in this era seems fit. As the law states the authority to investigate charges of discrimination against employers who are covered by the law, The role is to provide an investigation to fairly and accurately assess the allegations in the charge and then make a finding" and if this is successful a lawsuit will take place where a settlement will be made."
