The government is unable to provide comprehensive health care services to the people. Examples are; New technologies that have been invented and introduced. Medical treatments had taken a huge leap in private facilities. Government sectors lack improved facilities due to a lack of resources. The security services provides protection ensuring the safety of all chaos and endangerment of visitors. Private healthcare service means strict security.
