Your proposal should only be one page. My Weakest Job Hunting ( Handling Job Offers) I am worst at handling job offers. After completing the interview, I get some idea about the work nature, and culture of the organization. I collect certain data by asking questions to the interviewer towards the end of the interviews. Sometimes, I become too confused about whether the culture of the company suits me or not, especially when the company has the majority of employees from one country, and I am from another. After receiving the job offers, the real worries start i) Should I accept the offer? ii) Will I really get opportunities to grow as promised during the interview? iii) Will I get support from colleagues as ! belong to a different country? iv) is the salary offered is best in the industry, or should I wait longer to receive a good offer from someone else? v) Will they recognize, appreciate, and morale of the workplace? As I struggle to get answers to all these questions, I believe I am not good at handling job offers.
