Draft process model diagrams

The collaboration process model must use appropriate pools to represent different actors, message flows, sequence flows, events, and gateways. There is no need to represent data objects in the diagram

The process starts when a customer needs to do a new click and collect grocery order as he is running out of food. The customer sends a click and collect order to TopGroceries. When the information systems of TopGroceries receives the click and collect order, it automatically sends the groceries order details to the retail assistant in the Supermarket. The retail assistant gathers the required items, packs them into a box, and brings the box to the click and collect area. The click and collect staff then sends a text message with the supermarket location to the customer. Once the customer receives the text message, the customer visits the click and collect area and shows the text message to the staff. The click and collect area staff views the text message and checks if the box with groceries is available. If the box is not available, the click and collect area staff informs the customer and apologizes for the inconvenience. If the box is available, the click and collect area staff hands the box to the customer. The customer either receives the groceries box, or the information that the box was not found. This is how the process ends.
