draft proposal for a Constitution.

This draft proposal should address in at least broad outline format the following:

1. The composition of the government. How many branches? How constituted? Is it Presidential or Parliamentary? How is the Judiciary to be comprised?
2. The relationship of the federal government to the states
3. Whether or not the constitution should have an embedded Bill of Rights or Basic Law
4. Some of the basic rights that you believe should be in the constitution
5. How is the constitution to be changed?
6. How will ex post facto principles be embedded?
7. How will the constitution treat "First Amendment" issues (speech, religion, assembly, press, etc)
8. Anything else you feel a burning desire to see reflected in a constitution

You also need to choose a name for the state for whom you are a delegate. You can use your middle name or make up a name. Just do not choose a state or sovereign entity that already exists
