Main Aim of the project entitled as HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is to computerize the Front Office Management of Hospital to develop software which is user friendly, fast, and cost effective.

This software will collect information of patients like name, address, phone no , diagnosis details etc.

Traditionally, it was done manually.

The main function of the traditional system is register.

It stores patient details and doctor details.

Details are retrieved as and when required.

It is also used to manipulate these details meaningfully.

Comouter System input contains patients personal details like name,phone no, address , diagnosis details.

System output is to get these details on to the computer screen.

The Hospital ManagementSystem can be entered using a username and password.

It is accessible by administrator and receptionist.

Only they can add data into the database.

The data can be retrieved easily.

The data can be updated also.

Data updation is also simple process.
