If there is no problem in the form, the system then checks the applicants loan history. If the applicant has borrowed money in the past, she should have records in the loan database. Based on the default history of this applicant, the system makes the decision and the system informs the applicant of the decision. Also, the decision is stored by the administration office in the loan database. If there is no record for the loan applicant, the administration office checks the applicants credit score provided by an external agent "Credit report company" (hint: there are two external agents/entities, loan applicant and credit report company). In this process, the administration office provides Social Security Number of the applicant to the credit report company which then returns that person's credit score. Based on the credit score the system makes the decision and the system informs the applicant of the decision. Again, the decision is stored in the loan database.
