Functional requirement: The researcher should be logged in before this function. The researcher requests to apply for a project. The system displays the project form. Researcher enters project: title, abstract, names of other researchers, budget, project plan. The researcher submits the project. The system stores the project information, if all the data is entered. If any data is missing, system display error message and ask the researcher to enter the data. The system displays the submitted form on the Dean's secretary list. The Deans' secretary checks the information, and either approves or rejects it. If the project is approved the project is given a number. The researcher can have more than one research project.
