Corporate Culture Research

Instructions: You are to choose a company you are interested in working for either now or in the future. You will research the corporate culture and determine whether or not you would like to work there. To do this, you must research the following topics about the company:

Is the corporate culture positive or negative?

Vision: What is the companys vision?

Values: What are the companys values?

Treatment of Employee: How does the company treat employees? What benefits does it offer? How do employees see the company? What are the employer / employee relationship like?

Special Attributes: Is there anything this company does to truly foster a positive corporate culture?

Atmosphere: How do people describe working at the company?
