BUSINESS OBJECTIVE

As you continued to develop your skills, the executive team has been continually impressed by the data driven insights they have been able to leverage in their operations thanks to you.

The Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion has heard of your capabilities and would like your help in understanding the diversity of the staff in the company, the equitable distribution of positions by diversity, and the promotability of diverse employees.

THE TASK

You have spent some time working through the company's data with some data savvy colleagues and have a strong understanding of how to tackle this request. You have asked IT to pull data from multiple databases and consolidate them into a single file $($Data pull for HR$).$

From your requested pull, you expect to capture all the data the Office of EDI has requested including:

Age, tenure, and ethnicity

Ethnicity by role

Diversity of gender and ethnicity

Engagement by ethnicity by line of business and region
