During this course, you will be the project manager for a project of your choice. The project could be building a house, hosting a party, a work-related project, implementing a new business process, developing a new product, home renovation, and more. The project must have at least three control accounts, and four planning packages. If you are unsure if the project will work, please contact your instructor. For this week's assignment, you will complete the following for your project: 1. Create the project's scope statement. 2. Create the Statement of Work (SoW). 3. Using Microsoft Project, create the Work Breakdown Structure, Including work packages and a numbering system for the code of accounts. This paper has a title, Introduction and reference page. The title and reference pages do not count toward the page count. This paper requires three (3) academic references which are cited throughout the paper. You will upload each of the project's documents to the assignment drop-box. This assignment is due by Day 7.
