During this week you will determine the location, population and sample size for your Proposal. Determine how you would obtain the data for your proposal. Sample size must be 10 or more, select a location, and the time period must be one year. You must also select the type of sampling. Sampling examples are-random sampling, snowball, stratified, simple random sampling. You can obtain your data by a survey or available data from a state, local, or federal agency.

Data: In this study the population of 1000 and sample size of 100 incidents of domestic violence will be collected from the city of Miami Gardens Police department from January 1, 2018 thru December 31, 2018. My Proposal: Capital punishment given out.

According to https://tcadp.org/get-informed/texas-death-penalty-facts/, as of December 12, 2023, in Texas, there were 180 people on death row. How many people were on death row in December 2022? I want to know the difference to determine how many people were given capital punishment.
