Part : Select three jobs within the company and give complete a DETAILED Job analysis and Job description for those three jobs. This will mean becoming familiar through observation and research of the jobs.
Part : You will take the information collected in part one and look at the recruiting process for each of these positions. Where are you going to recruit? How will collect individuals for consideration? What, if any, testing will be required? Since you are looking at three different jobs, you will more than likely have three different ideas of the recruitment process.
Part : You are now going to look at what training is required for each position. You need to look at what methods of training and also go through the ADDIE process for each job to decide the needed training. Again, three different jobsthree different training requirements.
Part : You will now look at compensation for each position. What criteria will you use to determine each persons method and rate of pay? What benefits will be offered? You must consider position, motivation, and competition. This will take some research to find what competitors are doing as benefits and compensation.
Part : The final part will be using all the above information to design a performance appraisal form. It needs to cover in information discovered from part I want it to be something that I could print out and use on these new hires and even present employee to accurately and effectively evaluate my employees.
