Each student is required to complete a final project that is due on the last day of class. The goal of this project is to help you to apply your knowledge and skills to an interesting, current strategic situation confronting a local business. You will research the firm$$s current situation, and identify and discuss solutions to a key strategic issue. You will then present your analysis and strategic recommendations for the business. The output of this process is a $15-20$ page $($double$-$spaced$)$ report, excluding the cover page and appendices, using a $12$ point font, with one inch margins on all sides. You are encouraged to conduct as much original research as possible in addition to using the Internet and all library facilities available to you in the area.
