When it comes to E-Discovery, one area that has received considerable attention in the context of federal procedural rules and federal rules of evidence is electronically stored information. Your supervising attorney has asked that you research recent rule changes to address and account for electronically stored information and provide your thoughts about the new rules. Research and locate five rules that were either recently revised or recently enacted to address areas of electronic discovery, including but not limited to rules addressing electronically stored information and ethics. In addition to covering the selected rules, explain why it is important, from the standpoint of the paralegal, to understand these recent enactments to and amendments to existing rules. One of the five rules must be Rule 502 (Federal Evidence Rule).
