• PRDW may have a weak understanding and acceptance of their emotions and personality. They should spend some time reflecting about their emotions and behavior and spot what are their strength and weakness. Because PRDW are not well aware of themselves, they may either under or over estimate their skills.
• PRDW are not the best at getting people and can easily misunderstand their expectation. When interacting with others, they may fail to adjust correctly their behavior.
• PRDW can struggle at dealing with rushes of emotion but most of the time they keep the control over their impulses. They generally perceive events in a smart way and adapt themselves quite easily to new situations. They can take initiative but will rarely try to reach higher goals than the ones initially set up.
• PRDW can both work in a team and individually. They build bond easily with people though they do not always find it easy to deal with conflicts and everyone's will.
