Empathize: Create least 4 user personas (User Persona Card). 1 for an administrator, 1 for a user "leader", and two users.

Define: Based on each user, work through the 5 Whys (5 Whys) to get to the root cause that each person would participate in the program and use the technology. Also, present a "old" Context Diagram (Context Diagram) and a "new" Context Diagram for the process under consideration.

Ideate: Based on the scenario, the personas, the context diagram, and the 5 whys, generate ideas (Brainstorming or Disney Creative Strategy) for the technology that will support the process and categorize them on a chart for (1) importance and feasibility, (2X2 Matrix) (2) importance and urgency, (Impact Effort Matrix) and (3) the roadmap of cake (Bullseye Diagram or Affinity Diagram). Prototype: Provide a storyboard (Storyboard) and screenshots (or drawings) of what version 1 would look like and how someone would interact with the app.
