• Enter the specific amount of time spent as well as key descriptors so you remember important details.  
• Be sure to indicate what specific content you consumed as well as how you consumed it (For example: If you watched a TV show/listened to music, note the title/group as well as the medium you used to watch/listen did you use classic cable? Netflix? Amazon? Spotify?; If you used social media, specify the apps or sites and what device you used to access them). See sample log for a model.
• Add your own media categories if needed & feel free to delete categories that do not apply to you (For ex: If you use social media a lot, create different categories for each app).
