2- Centralization or Decentralization? Stormtech is a growing jacket company based in Canada. It grew from 50 employees 2 years ago to over 150 employees. It is growing rapidly in China. The industry for jackets is very interesting and it is a dynamic market. There are many uncertainties in the China market because of different rules, regulations, and laws for selling jackets.
