Im choosing BMW company as my chosen organization for the final project. My major needs are the process times for the new model launch. The process cycles are bottlenecking due to Covid 19. Also, the production costs and economy is a major need. There are mostly disadvantages to these needs because there is a slow down on; economy, production cost, and manufacturing process time due to Covid 19.
