Ms$.$ Cannady, the work in your home has been completed in the master bedroom closet. Our vendor came out and shampooed and replaced the padding in the master bedroom closet. In order to complete the work in your living room area, all items on the floor will need to be removed and the couch will need to be moved away from the HVAC return vent. Maintenance has checked the flooring $($carpet and padding$)$ we could access, and all was dry, but we need more access to the area. We would like to check the moisture in the wall, but the couch is obstructing access and to shampoo the carpet all items on the floor will need to be picked up$.$
