Activity 1: Change Management

One of the certainties in projects is that change occurs frequently. Requirements are missed; additional requirements are discovered as the project goes through planning due to progressive elaboration of requirements; the business decides to add or remove features; or the conditions that created the project changed in some way.

Activity 2: Change Requests

Scope Creep, by definition, is uncontrolled change in scope. Proper change control will ensure visibility for any and all changes so that the customer has the opportunity to determine, based on the impact (cost, time) if that change should be pulled into the scope of a project.

Using the template in the Important Documents folder, prepare a change request for your project. Then log it in the Change Management Log - again, the template is in the Important Documents folder.
