Enhance the ATM program by adding a login step.

Assume that the user's user name can be any non$-$empty string.

Assume the user's password is the user name plus $"123!"$ at the end.

Ask user to enter user name and password, then check the password,

if it is the correct, display "Welcome" followed by the user name, then display the main menu.

If the password is incorrect, display "Password incorrect", display the login menu again.
