Your role is the manager. You are the employee's immediate HIM supervisor. The employee to be appraised is a Data Analyst. You are asked to complete the appraisal form to prepare for a meeting with the employee. For this exercise, no appraisal interview meeting needs to be scheduled.
Review the Performance Standards and Notes on performance on this employee from the past year, provided on page of this document.

Complete the Performance Rating Form on this employee by assigning ratings and inserting comments based on your assessment. Adjust spacing in the document to accommodate your comments; use bold, color or other clear marking to indicate ratings. Note at least one area for employe improvement andor development.
Complete the Reflection Sheet portion of the document, following the Performance Rating Form.
Save and submit the completed Performance Rating Form and Reflection Sheet document in Blackboard by the due date for participation credit. Submission may be MS Word or PDF Make sure to include your name.
Grading up to points will be based on a student's timely completion and submission of the required Performance Rating Form and Reflection Sheet document. For full credit, submission should show evidence of:
