Expected Output result

Please make a python code for detecting the cell in the image.

$1.$ The result should be like, I can see the boundary shape$/$spline around the cell just like the image, along with the size$/$area of the cell. Exact shape will not be possible but a spline around the cell would work. The large ones are must and the darker cells. Not the smallest cells or white ones. $[$ The code should work for all type of cell images$]$

$2.$ Do not use machine learning because it does not need high end machine learning code. Just regular python code which can bring out something near.

$3.$ Save the figure as well and also the area of the cells in the excel.

$4.$ Do not use chatgpt. I already know what chatgpt is gonna do$.$ So not expecting the same result.
