His work has been excellent, and the company has been opening new stores about every two years around the province of British Columbia. As part of a corporate reorganization, however, the directors of this non-union company have decided to downgrade Mr. Jones' position from vice-president to manager of personnel. Mr. Jones is very upset with this change and refuses to go along with it.
