Question 1 (15 points) Saved The facts of this case are as follows: Ned Jones was hired ten years ago to be a vice-president of human resources for Mountain Equippers Ltd. His work has been excellent, and the company has been opening new stores about every two years around the province of British Columbia. As part of a corporate reorganization, however, the directors of this non-union company have decided to downgrade Mr. Jones' position from vice-president to manager of personnel. Mr. Jones is very upset with this change and refuses to go along with it.
