1)4 Storeys (First floor height: 5 mt, other floors height: 3,5 mt). The building is in the size of 15 mt x 15 mt for the first floor; on the upper floors it will be 12 mt x 12 mt, starting from 1,5 mt inside.
2) The 2nd and 4th floors will be only basic walls(windows can be placed on it) and the 1st and 3rd floors will be curtain walls. (On the Right and Left Sides of the building)
3)For the first floor: mullions (2 horizontal, 4 vertical), for the third floor: mullions (1 horizontal, 4 vertical) will be placed.
4) The profile you will create (as a family) will be drawn as shown in the attachment.
5)15 cm thickness, 20% slope, 75 cm eaves and slopes for 3 sides of the roof will be drawn. The dormer will be added in the side of curtain walls. The shape of the dormer will be shown in the attachment. Roof elements will also be placed.
6)9 layers for the walls will be constructed on four sides of 2nd and 4th floors. Wall thicknesses will be approximately between 400-420 mm. For the exterior side, 3 sweeps in the height of 1000,2000,3000 mm and 3 reveals in the height of 500,1500,2500 will be considered.
