Second, review the "Kaizen" concept from the Slideshare presentation, which incorporates a number of different business trends. Review the list of these trends on pages 180 and 181 and comment on which of these apply to your organization (or a specific organization that you have worked for in the past).

Then, comment on how specific talent management activities are applicable to supporting the trends identified.
