After completing the ethics dilemmas task, I have learned that ethical decision-making is not always black and white, and it can be challenging to determine the right course of action in complex situations. It is essential to consider all the stakeholders and their interests and adhere to ethical principles such as honesty, integrity, and fairness. Additionally, it is important to seek guidance from ethical codes, laws, and regulations and to communicate openly and honestly with colleagues and superiors.

By engaging in discussions and analyzing case studies, I have gained a deeper understanding of the perspectives and values that influence ethical decision-making. I have realized that ethical decision-making requires ongoing education, reflection, and a commitment to doing what is right, even when difficult or unpopular.
