First Sprint Deliverable Proposal:

As a user, propose a problem, issue or opportunity requiring the development of an Information System. You are acting as a User here! This may be a new app or major improvement for an existing one, an enhancement or a new IS system for a real or imagined company. As a team, recommend to management (me) your Capstone Team Project.

Write a System Proposal Request (one page should suffice).

• Describe your project/problem/opportunity.
• Justify its importance with a Business Case

You will be Planning, Analyzing and Designing an Information System solution as your project. Propose something where you are familiar with the processes or activities needed to perform or solve your problem. For example, if you want to create an app for a service center to schedule maintenance on your car, you will need information like the make, model, year of the car, how many miles, dates of service, types of services. The app may allow you to schedule appointments, check status of the vehicle during service, get warranty information...get the idea?

The Justify (or write the Business Case) for creating this app by identifying how this app will support the business. For example, does it provide a competitive advantage?
