For question 1 I found the capacity for activity 3 is 1/12 * 60 = 5. So I divided 4/5 = .80. I typed that in and it was wrong. I don't understand how that is wrong? I'm thinking maybe I need to do is 3/5 = 0.6 because 3 is the process capacity. And for question 2 I am very confused how to solve it.
