Candidate: $"$My student group was hosting a reception for some of our corporate partners. An hour before the event, the person in charge of refreshments hadn't shown up and wasn't responding to texts or calls, and nobady knew if they were coming or bringing anything. To be safe, I decided to start driving toward the gracery store while the rest of the group continued to try to reach the other person. They would call me if he showed up or responded. When I got to the store, it was $30$ minutes before the officlal start of the event, so I decided to buy the refreshments, and i made it back in time to set up before the event started, so none of our guests ever even realized there was a potential problem.
