Project Title: Build a website for Indian Cuisine

Purpose: Currently, Indian Cuisine Offers wide variety of foods with Indian Tradition recipes in Michigan. As bakery gains popularity and doing good business Owner try to open a franchise in other big cities. Here we are build a website for the Indian Restaurant.

Description: Indian Cuisine will issue a request for proposal to select an external contractor to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate the website with the new attractive look with the pictures of the foods in the menu for its customers. The contractor will estimate the project length and provide written estimate to the owner.

Objective: Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate in 9 months within a budget of $ 80,000 for design, development, and evaluation, and $35,000 for delivery.

Success Criteria or Expected Benefits: This website can pull many customers towards the Indian cuisine and can helps the customer to look at the menu and order the wide varieties of food they are offering and helps the owner to get feedbacks from the customer and improve the business.

Funding: The total amount of funds authorized for this project is $ 80,000 for the design and development of website.

Major Deliverables: The contractor is to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate Website; provide written and presented quarterly reports; and always provide technical support during the year after the initial pilot.

Approval Requirements: All Menu and prices are to be approved by the Indian cuisine owner before their initial offering activation.

Project Manager: Joseph Paul is the assigned Indian cuisine project manager and is responsible for the project. He is Indian cuisine point of contact with the contractor and will direct the Designing and performance of the contractor.

Reporting Requirements: The Indian cuisine project manager must prepare written reports and submit them electronically to the Indian cuisine CEO week before the oral presentation. The oral presentation utilize electronic presentation techniques from a distance.
