The Post Audit/Risk Mitigation Piece of the Project Proposal:

The writeup should answer the following questions:

-How will we know if the project is successful? Or what are our expectations for the project?

-What do we need to look for that would signal that we need to change course with the project?

-Should we need to change course, what should we build into the proposal that would mitigate the risk of this course change?

-What actions are needed today (or at some point in the project) to allow for a course change?

-What do these actions cost, who is responsible for the decision, and when do we want to do the post audit appraisal?
