For the Week 3 assignment, using the same company you used in Week 2, create a paper that answers the following questions (in the form of a cohesive report, not just a listing of the answers). Make sure you answer all parts of each question for full credit. Luthans and Doh (2021, pp. 132-148) describe three sets of cultural dimensions: Hofstede, Trompenaars, and the GLOBE project. In each of the same three countries of operations as discussed in last weeks assignment, describe the impact of each of these sets of cultural dimensions on the companys operations. (Hint, there should be discussion of nine country dimensions set combinations, in addition to a description of the dimensions in each study.) It is recommended that you discuss each dimension in general, then discuss each countrys scores on each dimension and the impact on the company. Using the grid in Figure 5-1, A Partially Completed Contingency Matrix for International Human Resource Management, (Luthans & Doh, 2021, p. 165) as a guide, create a similar matrix for the same three countries of your companys operations.
